Blogging Slacker

Hello, is there anybody there?! Well, probably not since yesterday was the first time i blogged since November. Whoops.

Now, I'm not here to apologize. I've had a ton going on in my life between starting a new job, and moving into and then out of an apartment, and I just didn't feel up to blogging. I only have about four waking hours a day, so blogging just hasn't quite fit. But I have missed it so much.

For awhile, my blog was out of sight, out of mind. I had too much going on to even remember I had a blog. Sure, I still read other blogs, but usually on my phone during my lunch break so my commenting also lessened. I kind of fell off the face of the blog world.

A picture of Elsa for good measure...

And then something kind of awful happened and I really wanted to blog about it. I wanted all my blog friends to send me reassuring comments and messages, and I just wanted someonewhere to talk about my feelings to. But I hadn't blogged in a month. I didn't think I had any readers left, and I didn't think anyone would read or comment. So I didn't post. And then I wanted to post yesterday, but again I didn't know who would read it. After a lot of thought, I went ahead and posted, and I hope that post is the beginning of falling back in love with my blog.

I absolutely love my readers/friends from this blog, and I miss you all terribly. Discovering this little surprisingly giant world of blogging has been a huge blessing, and I am ready to try and make it a big part of my life again. I hope you still want to follow along :)

I know I haven't posted on here in about ten trillion years, but I wanted to share this amazing deal with you. And then hopefully start posting regularly again in the near future... :)

Okay guys, this is not spam. This is real life and it's so exciting. I just got a skirt for FREE! A few days ago my friend Mandie posted about a site where she got a free Express shirt. Of course we were all skeptical at first, but it's risk free so we tried it and now there's an Abercrombie skirt on it's way to my house, and I didn't spend a penny! :)

The items are second hand, but they are quality controlled. There are lots of great brands, too, like J. Crew, Banana Republic, and Lilly Pulitzer!

How to Obtain Your Free Clothing

Step One: Click this link: liketwice.com/MXq8n

Step Two: Make an Account and automatically get a $10 credit. (Don't worry, it only takes a second)

Step Three: (Optional) Download the Twice app on all of your Apple Devices and earn a $10 credit for each download (I only have one Apple device. Boo.)

Step Four: Pick out any item(s) that costs your total credit amount plus $5. So, if you have $20 dollars in credit (like I did) then you can pick out any item that costs $25 or less.

Step Five: Click "checkout," then enter the coupon code "SURVEY10" for another $10 off (This code expires on the 17th; so if you're reading this after the 17th then you can still earn the other credits, but make sure to pick something $5 LESS than your total credit amount so you have enough to cover shipping)

Step Six: Enter a shipping address, but NO billing info at all! Your credits take care of the cost AND shipping, so they don't even ask you for your credit card info! See, risk free!

Step Seven: Do a happy dance!

AND, if you find a super cute item for $50, but you only have $40 in credits, you can get it anyways and pay the difference, so you're still saving a bundle!

I can't wait to hear about all the cute clothes you guys are getting!
